Our recreational gymnastics program for children ages 2-5 years will give students their first look at gymnastics and physical fitness. Gymnastics is a great foundation that helps develop strength, coordination, physical fitness and self-esteem that will help prepare children for all sports. Our instructors have the knowledge and experience to instruct children in a positive atmosphere that helps develop their skills & self-confidence. Each class is designed to teach specific progressions safely & allows the child to move at their own pace. |

In this class we are teaching fundamentals that help prepare children for the future. A few of the skills we hope your child gains from participating in this program are: taking turns, coordination, self-esteem, self confidence, problem solving skills, following directions and working well with others. We incorporate gymnastics and physical fitness in a fun safe environment where the child comes first. There are special themed lesson plans each week that are centered around the floor exercise, balance beams, bars and our 30 foot long Tumbl Trak Trampoline. This class is a wonderful opportunity for parent child bonding. Class requires a 1 parent: 1 child ratio. $69 per month.

Bouncing Bunnies I (3yrs. 10months to 4-1/2 yrs.) |
This
class is without parent. Emphasis will be on gymnastic movements,
coordination, strength and fun. Many proper gymnastic progression activities
take place that are developmentally appropriate to meet the needs
of the child. Each week there are themed lesson plans and goals that each child is working to achieve. Our Bouncing Bunnies gymnastic lessons take place on the floor exercise, balance beams, bars and our 30 foot long Tumbl Trak Trampoline. There are specific goals that must be mastered before a child is promoted to the next level. The student to coach ratio is 6 to 1. Children under the age of 4 must complete the Playful
Penguins class as a pre-requisite or have a skill evaluation. $69 per month.

Bouncing Bunnies II (4-1/2 to 5-1/2 yrs.) |
This class will further build on the skills achieved in the Bunnies I program. Our themed weekly lesson plans are specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual child. Children will be working on the floor, bars, beams and Tumbl Trak.
The student to coach ratio is 6 to 1. $69 per month.
