Cheerleading, a long time staple of the South, is now sweeping Michigan and Stars & Stripes Liberty Cheer offers the best! This sport combines all the athletic skills and fun of competitive cheerleading with the added benefit of competing not only throughout the state, but also at the national level. Our program seeks to help athletes reach their fullest potential, to prepare them for the challenges of tomorrow by helping them face today's challenges. We work hard to produce cheerLEADERS with positive mental attitudes, strong work ethics, self-discipline, and self-confidence. Teamwork is a high priority, but each athlete also receives individual attention. Our athletes leave the program not only better cheerleaders, but better people.

Our teams are broken up by age and skill level. We take pride in making sure that we are teaching all skills technically correct by using the proper drills and skill conditioning. Our cheerleaders are athletes in their own right who learn the value of hard work, team work, and sportsmanship. We hire the best choreograpers and have qualified cheer and tumbling instructors who strive to help each child be the best cheerleader that she can be. If you want your child to be motivated, encouraged and inspired then this is the gym for you.

Congratulations to both of our 2009-2010 teams, Sparklers and Firestorm, who ended their season by winning National Championships with the Contest of Champions at Disney World! Firestorm gave us an additional thrill by being named the High Point Team Champion for Level 2. This was out of 16 teams and they were invited to participate in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. We are SO proud of all of our girls!!

Liberty Bells
Our newest team, the Liberty Bells, will compete in the Mini Level 1 division for ages 8 and under. This group will definitely make an impact right from the start with their first competition in October 2010, the first of eight for their season.

Sparklers
The Sparklers, a Youth Level 1 team, is comprised of those whose ages are eleven and under. These very skilled and motivated young girls will compete eight times from October 2010 to March 2011, including a trip to Kalahari Resort in Sandusky, Ohio.

Firestorm
Competing in the Junior Level 2 division, ages fourteen and under, the Firestorm girls have an exciting competition schedule ahead of them. Eight competitions across the state, plus a trip to Sandusky, Ohio will give this talented team numerous opportunities to compete with the best!

Firestorm Practice Schedule:
April 2010/June 2010  - Sun 2:30-5:30pm (starting Sunday, April 11th)
July 2010/Aug. 2010  - Mon. 6:30-8:30pm & Wed. 4:30-6:30pm
Sept. 2010/March 2, 2011 - Wed. 4:30-6:30pm & Sun. 2:30-5:30pm

Revolution
Revolution, our Junior Level 3 team, will enter eight of the largest competitions in the Great Lakes area, including one at Kalahari Resort in Sandusky, Ohio. This extremely skilled group of girls, ages fourteen and under, is sure to have an outstanding season.
